I’ve spent 20 years studying the ways in which we choose to do this ‘human’ thing, (many of those years at the fancy schools getting the fancy papers), and most of the last decade offering private spiritual guidance and transformational empowerment coaching to thousands of individuals globally.

I’ve helped my clients to identify & overcome perceived limitations, reclaim power & ownership over their life, and get them firmly seated back into the driver’s seat of their experience so that they can enjoy genuine and profound life transformation. How? By helping them to become consciously aware of their choices and most importantly, by reminding them of how f@#king powerful it is to be human.

I am a spiritual coach, but not the kind that wants you to become the next poster child for trending spiritual ideals (no you don’t need to rush out to buy beads and a Ganesha statue). Instead, I help my clients to remember how powerful they already are and help them to make monstrous shifts in their experience of life without the need for the extra spiritual fluff that tastes nice and Buddha-y but doesn’t really do a thing to shift real-life circumstances.
